Position Overview:

Ambassador is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growth-oriented marketing team. This role requires expertise in marketing operations, data analysis, and CRM platforms. Experience with HubSpot, specifically, and marketing analytics tools more broadly is crucial to effectively support Ambassador campaigns and strategies. The chosen candidate will be instrumental in optimizing our marketing processes, enhancing lead generation efforts, and ensuring the seamless operation of our marketing technology stack.


This role will report to the Director of Marketing Operations and will work closely with the go-to-market, product, and customer success teams. Through the design, implementation, integration, and operation of world-class marketing technology, the specialist will help automate critical tasks, measure and report on outcomes, and enable us to make better decisions as a team.


Location: Remote. Candidates must reside in one of the listed time zones [GMT-7, GMT-6, GMT-5, GMT-4] to ensure alignment with team collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities


Marketing Technology Management: Administer and maintain Ambassador’s marketing technology stack, encompassing HubSpot, Google Analytics, 6sense, Dock, and other related tools. Configure and manage integrations between marketing platforms to uphold data accuracy and consistent workflows.


Data Management and Analysis: Oversee data quality within our CRM and marketing automation systems, ensuring dependable and accurate reporting. Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaign data, providing actionable insights to enhance performance and optimize lead generation.


Workflow Optimization: Build and implement automated workflows and processes within HubSpot, optimizing marketing activities, lead routing, and campaign assignment. Continuously assess and enhance existing workflows to amplify efficiency and efficacy.


Reporting and Analytics: Develop and present regular reports on critical marketing metrics, campaign performance, and lead generation endeavors. Provide well-founded insights derived from data analysis, empowering informed marketing decision-making.


Training and Support: Contribute to training sessions for marketing and sales teams on best practices for employing relevant tools. Extend support and troubleshooting assistance to team members when necessary.


Skills and Qualifications


  • 2+ years experience in a marketing operations role, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, familiarity with marketing tech and sales enablement tools including HubSpot Sales Hub, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, 6sense, Dock, and others.
  • Solid grasp of marketing automation, lead scoring, and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Adept at data analysis and reporting using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Looker, and similar platforms. SQL experience is preferred but not required.
  • Meticulous organizational skills and keen attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork across various departments.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, capable of identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements.
