If we wish to incorporate advanced Telepresence features into our setup, is it necessary to begin with the Developer plan?
Telepresence advanced features, like Personal Intercepts, are available with Developer and Enterprise subscriptions only. They are not sold a la carte.
Can we use the Telepresence Developer plan for multiple users?
Individuals within the same company can sign up for a Telepresence Developer plan in accordance with the assigned limits for one user per paid plan. Usage among multiple individual Developer plans within the same domain address will be aggregated by Ambassador and reported to the organization at an account level. We recommend you contact Sales to get pricing for an Enterprise account with multiple users.

What Customer Support options are available?
Product Support is included with Developer and Enterprise plans on Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm EST. If your organization requires more extensive support, Enterprise plans provide the option to upgrade to Priority Support, which includes 24/7 outage response.
